I'm a graduating senior from Hollywood High who tries to dream big and write bold. I'm a native of Dhaka, Bangladesh and became fond of writing early on. I kept a journal where I would list all the social problems I saw in the world around me, making notes to write about them -- plus I wanted to write about serial killers, but that's another story. Major influences are Truman Capote, Langston Hughes, Stephen King and Christian Amarpour. In the future I hope to be a journalist so I can tackle the world’s problems one article at a time, in my own words. I hope the Screen Students program will help me improve the quality of my screenplays so one day I can get a movie made. Whether it’s writing poetry, short stories, screenplays or editorials for LaYouth, I always try to be on top of my game. My motto? "“Just write about it.”
